WASHINGTON (SBG) — A teen from Illinois made an incredibly detailed coronavirus themed prom dress using duct tape.

It took 18-year-old Peyton Manker four months and a staggering 41 rolls of duct tape to make her dress, according to CNN.

She made the prom dress as an entry for a scholarship competition hosted by Duck Brand tape. But when the coronavirus spread led to the cancellation of her prom, it gave her an idea for the theme of her dress.

Manker detailed the flowing skirt with images featuring life during the pandemic.

But what is any dress without accessories? Manker made those too!

She created a virus shaped handbag, a "flatten the curve" facemask and an ankle bracelet with the phrase, "this too shall pass."

It is not yet known if Maker has won. The winners for the scholarship contest will be chosen later in July.
